So, what is Project M-Dot?
Project M-Dot is about my quest to become a fitter endurance athlete, a triathlete, and, ultimately, an Ironman finisher ("m-dot" is another name for the Ironman logo). I have no idea how long this project will take, and no idea what the stops along the way will look like, but I do know I'm ready to make the M-Dot my own.
